Nippon Paint NP777 High Elasticity Waterproof Rooftop Coat is a single-component waterproofing coating formulated from environmentally friendly water-based polymer emulsion, functional fillers, and additives. This product is specifically developed for rooftops with complex structures, featuring excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, UV exposure, and superior adhesion and elongation performance. The cured membrane is tough, walk-able, and non-sticky, making it ideal for waterproofing outdoor rooftops and external walls.

• Waterproofing of concrete roofs, tile roofs, terraces and balconies — suitable for both flat and sloped roofs (tile surfaces require Nippon Paint Wall Care as primer)

    Coverage: For a 1.0mm thick layer, the usage is approximately 2.1 kg/㎡/layer (Consumption may vary depending on the substrate condition and coating thickness).

    Usage Instructions:
    [Substrate Preparation]
    • Substrate Inspection: Before construction, ensure the substrate is solid, free of oil stains and other loose materials; clean surface dust thoroughly. Repair visible holes and cracks first. For loose substrates, remove them before repairing and leveling.
    • Moisten the Substrate: Fully moisten the substrate with clean water, and allow it to dry until there is no obvious residual moisture before starting.

    【Waterproofing Application】
    • Mix thoroughly before use. No dilution with water is necessary.
    • Reinforcement Treatment: It is recommended to apply 1-2 layers of Nippon Paint Waterproof Primer first to seal fine cracks and holes.
    • Detail Reinforcement: Use polyester fleece with the coating for reinforcement at pipe roots and corners. For large area construction, it may be applied in conjunction with polyester fleece to enhance waterproofing performance.
    • Waterproofing requires two or more layers; apply the next layer only after the previous one is completely dry. Use a cross-covering method with an interval of 6-8 hours.
    • Control the thickness of each layer within 0.8mm, with a total thickness of at least 1.5mm. Apply evenly and avoid excessive thickness in a single application.
    • Conduct water tightness tests only after the coating is completely dry (approx. 2-3 days).
