Nippon Paint NSE010 Exterior Effectual Prime Coat is a
premixed cementitious skim coat material modified with
polymer. It is a water-resistant and fungus-resistant plaster
which is ideal to be used for interior and exterior
environments.

Coverage: Covers up to 0.8-1.0 kg/mm/m2 (Coat consumption varies according to the surface condition of application)

Application Procedures:
1. It is recommended to pre-wet the surface of the substrate with clean water to provide adhesion.
2. Add powder into water slowly and mix until smooth (It can be adapted to the construction environment, habits, and comfortable feel). Let it stand for 10 minutes before application.
3. Depend on the flatness of the substrate surface, apply well-mixed Exterior Effectual Prime Coat to the substrate in 1-2 layers. The thickness of single layer should not be more than 2mm and the total thickness should not exceed 4mm. Apply the next coat after the previous coat has dried.
4. To ensure the best result, each layer of putty should be compacted tightly during application. After the last layer of paste is dry, appropriate sandpaper should be used for polishing within the specified time.
