Registration Process:
1.After purchasing the product, register via WhatsApp by contacting the Nippon Paint Customer Services at 6396 3296.
2.Submit photos of the invoice and take a photo of the two product barcodes on the product can.
3.Once registration and verification are complete, the gift will be sent to the store selected by the applicant, and a redemption letter will be mailed via standard post within 7–14 business days. Present the redemption letter at the selected store to claim your gift.
*Each valid invoice may be registered only once, and each phone number is limited to redeeming a maximum of one camera.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period runs from July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. Only invoices issued during the promotion period are valid. The deadline for registration is 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2026 (system time applies).
2. Customers who spend $1,000 or more on any product from the “Nippon Anti-Formaldehyde Odorless Children’s Paint Series” (including Nippon Paint Odour-less Kids Paint (1L/5L), Nippon Paint Anti-Viral Odour-less Kids Paint (1L/4.5L), Nippon Paint Kids Odour-less All In One Art Paint (1L/4L), Nippon Paint Eco Essence Allergy Friendly Anti-viral Kid’s Interior Emulsion Paint (4L)) can redeem a free mini camera keychain (valued at HK$188).
3. The receipt must match the product model and purchase date specified in the promotion period.
4. Each valid receipt can registered only once, and each phone number is limited to redeeming a maximum of one camera.
5. Gift quantities are limited and available while supplies last. The Company reserves the right to substitute the gift model.
6. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
7. After the company verifies the information, customers have to reply us which store to get the gift within 5 working days. A redemption letter will be mailed via standard post within 7 to 14 working days; customers must present this letter at the selected store to get their gift.
8. Please ensure the mailing address provided is accurate. The Company shall not be held liable for any lost mail, and gifts will not be reissued or compensated in any form.
9. The Company reserves the right to request participants to provide original receipts for prize redemption and verification purposes.
10. Employees of the Nippon Paint (HK), store owners, and their staff are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
11. If the registration information is found to be false or does not comply with the promotion terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s eligibility for redemption without providing any explanation or notice.
12. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for this promotion and will be kept strictly confidential.
13. The terms and conditions of this promotion are subject to the information on the website. In the event of any dispute, Nippon Paint (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
